Our team will assess your submitted shopping order and ensure that no restricted products are included which can cause delays in transit.


We will then turn around with invoice of total order value plus our service charges of 45% which include standard sea shipment and taxes.


Finally, we will provide an invoice in your email account for payment on your digital shopping order. You can pay via major debit/credit cards online in British Sterling currency. 


The order confirmation after online payment will be send to your email and order will be processed for delivery.

  • Which email to be used ?

    We stronly recommned using an email which is not already registred with Amazon shopping, for a smooth experience. 

  • Do I have to be member ?

    Yes, it is. This is to ensure customer loyalty and get basic verification for payment method. 

  • Do you have other brands ?

    Currently, we offer Amazon and Ikea shopping as a standard offering. However, we can extend our services upon customer request via email. 

  • Can I pay cash in Pakistan ?

    We prefer payment soon after you have submitted your online order. However, we might consider special circumstances with extra 15% charge for PKR payment before delivery. 

  • What if my delivery is late ?

    Because we're experienced and know what we're doing. We provide best service in given timeframe. However, we issue refund on customer request if shopping is not delivered in specified timeline. 

  • Do I have to pay extra charges on delivery?

    No, we offer full service to your door without any extra charges. The invoice payment is the only charge paid by you. 

  • Can I Refund or Exchange shopping ?

    Amazon and Ikea product reputation is best of the world. Unfortunately, we do not support refund or exchange items due to complexity and distances involved. Therefore, we strongly recommend vigilent shopping. 

  • Can I cancel Membership ?

    We prefer loyal customers of this service. However, you can always cancel the membership plan with 30 days notice.

  • Do we offer discounts ?

    Yes, we offer discount on service charge for purchase exceeding £500 i.e PKR 185,000
